It's a monthly subscription where you get a letter with 2 prints featuring the characters of the month, a postcard, a sticker and a note from the character of the month himself :)

Hello! Would you like a cup of tea? We have some beautiful paintings and books in our cosy cafe. You can buy one if you want.

My original artworks are acrylic paintings on a stretched canvas coated with protective polish. Optionally you can use a frame, just bring a painting to your local framing studio. Also, try to avoid constant direct sunlight.

For prints, I use high-quality 'giclee' printing with nonfading ink on premium textured paper.

Natalia started her creative career as a fashion and editorial illustrator, having worked with several established international magazines and creative agencies. Later she found her true passion in children's books and paintings. Currently, she works with some top publishing houses to release new, exciting and rather peculiar stories to the world. Her characters are cute, calm, humble and amusing, living their ordinary lives in a strange and curious world out there. Her paintings can be found in private galleries and many homes all around the globe. She lives with her family in London, UK.

Delivery options

International shipping is included and FREE for all items. Usually, delivery takes around 1-4 weeks. Majority of parcels are sent via UK Royal Mail. Original artoworks are sent with DPD or UPS.

Pre-orders go to the printing shop first, so please allow 5 additional days for delivery.

You'll be able to keep track of your delivery online – just log in with your email.

Important: Please note that your country's import taxes are not included in the delivery cost.

Packaging

Original art is sent without a frame (if not stated otherwise) in hand-crafted packaging with multiple protective layers to ensure safe delivery and your aesthetic pleasure.

Prints are shipped in custom-made frames or frameless in branded paper tubes. If you're buying frameless just pop into your local framing studio. Feel free to message us for advise.

Returns

You can return original artworks and prints by mail within 7 days of receipt in their original condition and get a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
